. all these areas in blue and lavender are generally below freezing. boston is at 63. that's another warm spot there in miami. elsewhere, it is a cold start to this november morning. throughout the morning for the next couple of hours, probably till about 9:00 or so, we'll have the rain coming through with the breezes kicking up around 20 miles an hour. we already have about .75 to an inch of rain. not much more on top of what's already falling. by noontime, cloudy, chilly, the rain over. still a northwest wind gusting to 20 miles an hour. still in the 40s. we'll stay in the 40s the rest of the day today, and maybe a little sunshine breaking out. that may be perhaps mid to late afternoon. we'll be back down to near 40 by midnight. and then it will continue to drop all the way to near 30 by dawn rm tomorrow. quite a cold start to wednesday. bright and sunny day tomorrow. highs reaching near 50. cold mornings and chilly afternoons with sunshine on thursday, friday, and saturday. increasing clouds sunday. still chilly. might get rain sunday evening into monday. stay tuned. we'll keep yo

. that's according to a new study by brigham women's hospital in boston. researchers followed 14,000 middle aged male doctors over a decade. half took multivitamins, but after the study, those men showed no difference in the rate of heart disease. the men who took multivitamins did, however, have an 8% lower rate of cancer than those that did not take the vitamins. >>> we spend roughly one-third of our lives in the bedroom. so it is no surprise that, when things aren't healthy there, our whole lives can be affected. doctors say your bedroom should be a sanctuary, a relaxing place to let your mind and body recover. one way to make that happen, remove all the clutter and electronics like tvs, computers, and even digital clocks. get them out of the bedroom. >> everything out of the room. make it really simple. all of a sudden, they can breathe better. >> dr. wiser says another helpful tip is keep the room very dark and don't forget to wash your sheets and pillows at least once a week in hot water. >>> it won't cost you a wing and a leg to buy your thanksgiving turkey this year. that
